WHO WE ARE

Owned by Edward Cabrera, Body O.N.E Optimum Nutrition and Exercise’s mission is to inspire, motivate and empower our members to achieve their fitness goals and in the process, to help them achieve their full potential in all areas of their lives. Body O.N.E’s values are personal responsibility, helping others and having fun doing so.

Edward has been a trainer for almost 30 years in Key West. After working out of several local gyms, he opened his own personal training studio, Body O.N.E., in June 2017. He has worked with a wide variety of clients including professional athletes, fitness novices, youth, the elderly, and people with disabilities with great success.

At Body O.N.E., we combine exercise, nutrition, and accountability for a well rounded program that ensures results. We offer strength, cardio, boxing, yoga, and tai chi, so you will never get bored. Whether you are starting a fitness program for the first time, or you are ready to take your current program to the next level, come check us out!

Phyllis is co-owner of Body O.N.E.  She has had a lifelong passion for fitness activities – weight training, running, skiing, swimming, yoga, and martial arts. She has experience working with both experienced athletes and novices, as well as with clients with injuries and special populations.

Edward Cabrera is the owner of Body O.N.E. He is considered one of the top premier trainers in Key West. With over 25 years experience, he has trained professional and top amateur athletes as well as special populations such as the elderly and people with disabilities.
