TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGES

Body O.N.E. has become well known in the local community for its 6 and 12 Week Transformation Challenges. Most of our clients enter our programs by doing one of these challenges. The six week challenge is ultimately free, giving you the opportunity to try us out before making a long-term commitment. The 12 week challenge is the ultimate body transformation challenge. Be warned, if you do either challenge, you will love the program and get great results. Over 90% of those who complete one of our challenges go on to become permanent members of Body O.N.E.

The three pillars of body transformation are fitness, nutrition, and accountability, and the challenges include all three. The fitness component includes either small group or semi-private Strength sessions, HIIT Cardio, plus Flexibility, Yoga, Boxing, Tai Chi and Advanced Cardio classes. For nutrition, you receive a customized nutrition plan, recipe book, grocery list, and restaurant guide. You will set a goal for the challenge with assistance from your accountability coach. To ensure accountability, you do weekly weigh-ins, you turn in your meal plans, and you get online and in-person coaching.
